Each plant grows in a completely sterile environment, the outcome of several years of dedicated research and development.
Opening the dome yourself would irreparably affect the plants’ balance. For this reason, we offer a dedicated service: all dry leaves are removed by our specialists in our sterile laboratories. Please do not hesitate to contact us by email or telephone to arrange this service.
To replace your plant, simply return your dome with the gyroscope provided. In accordance with your preference, we will install either the same variety or another from our curated range.

The gel is a specially formulated material that adheres to the base of the dome and supports the growth of your plant’s roots.
In the event of a violent impact, these may exceptionally become detached. Prolonged exposure to temperatures above 45°C may also cause the gel to liquefy slightly, which could have the same effect.
