For this reason, prior to production, we provide a detailed 3D visualisation of your watch, allowing you to review every detail and request any necessary adjustments. Once the model is approved and the deposit received, no further changes can be made.
As long as the 3D visualisation has not been approved and no deposit has been paid, you may easily cancel your order.
Once this stage is complete, the design will enter production according to your personalised choices and can no longer be altered or cancelled.
