Florence Markert watches come with a two-year warranty from the date of delivery or, where applicable, hand delivery. It applies to the timepiece in its entirety.
It does not cover issues arising from misuse and/or damage to the product. Normal wear and tear to the case or strap is also excluded from the warranty.
In addition, any service carried out by an unauthorised third party will invalidate the warranty.
We guarantee that your plant is healthy and viable at the time of purchase and we offer a two-year replacement warranty. This covers any problems with the quality or health of the plant.
Your sculpture is guaranteed for 2 years.
