All our plants are guaranteed for 2 years under the conditions specified in our guarantees (pruning not included).<\/p><p>If your plant is under warranty, there will be no charge for a replacement plant of the same variety. In a sterile environment and in good condition, it can be stored for between 1 and 3 years. All our plants are guaranteed for 2 years under the conditions specified in our guarantees (pruning not included). \n<br> <br>If your plant is under warranty, there will be no charge for a replacement plant of the same variety. However, if you wish to exchange it for another variety, we will apply the value of the latter (excluding the dome). <br><br>Finally, in the event of loss of the gyroscope supplied with your first purchase, its value of <b> CHF XXX. <\/b> - will be included in the total.\n<br><br>Below is the detailed procedure to follow when returning your plant for replacement or pruning: \n<br><br><b>1) Submit your request via your personal account under XXX. Select the plant of your choice, confirm, and proceed with payment (if not covered under warranty).<\/b> <br>2) We will send you a pre-paid parcel (free of charge) in which to place your gyroscope with the sapphire dome securely inside.<br><b> 3) Before sending, please take a photo of both components to confirm their condition at the time of dispatch. You may send them to us by email\/in chat in your personal space\/ in request in your personal space.  <\/b> <br> \n4) Drop off the parcel at the DHL office of your choice. <br>5) Upon receipt, our experts will replace your plant.
